"The Carlton"

I grew up watching The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and one of my favorite characters was for sure Carlton Banks. I bet you can guess why...

Because of his dance!!

He was too funny when he would break out that "Carlton" dance. Whenever that happened you knew you was in for a treat. I would watch every episode hoping that it would happen but not every episode featured his one-of-a-kind dance.

Here is an example of "the Carlton" as he gets excited over just the theme music to the Oprah Winfrey Show.




But it wasn't until recently that I stumbled on this little known fact about Carlton Banks, he was also featured in a Pepsi commercial with the one and only King of Pop, Michael Jackson!!

Did you know that?

Carlton can be seen as the little boy in the red jacket in the video below. He is portrayed as a young Michael Jackson who eventually bumps into the older (real) Michael.



How neat is that?

I guess Carlton had those skills for a long time.
